Sam is the owner who is very hands-on and loves what he does. At the age of 15, he started to grasp the idea when he worked on various construction sites during the summer and holiday breaks from school. Even then he always wanted to strive for more and one day own his own company. As he grew older, he graduated from high school, went to college, and got an associate degree in construction management. From there, he did various internships, worked for different construction companies, and gained the knowledge to go further in the industry. After a while, Sam decided he wanted to expand his knowledge of concepts and strategies, so he got his bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, and Transportation Management. Sam did this all while holding a specialty trades license and gaining industry knowledge by working small projects for various clients and general contractors. From there he went further and gained his master’s in management to help him run a business more efficiently. Today Sam loves spending time with his family/friends, going to church, and whatever adventure the outdoors brings.

Wanda helps run the day-to-day operations with her husband at NSG Contracting. Originally from Dominican Republic Wanda brings her vast knowledge and skills as well as helping the company communicate with the Spanish-speaking community. Wanda has an Associate of Arts degree in education and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management. Wanda loves spending quality time with her family, going to church, and wood crafts.
